HGSC Engineering Postdoctoral Training Fellowship

The field of engineering played an important role in the human genome project, and we believe this is a field where underrepresented minorities have made great contributions and with opportunities like this Engineering fellowship will also make contributions in genomics. This Postdoctoral fellow will have an opportunity to conduct research in our Emerging Technologies Division.

The HGSC Postdoctoral Fellowship Provides:

• Salary support for two years (full health benefits)
• Travel support for two meetings per year
• Development courses and grant writing workshops
• Counseling from the program mentor
• Memberships in an engineering society and genetic/genomic society
• Must be U.S. citizen and member of one of the URM groups
