HGSC Apollo Adapter

The HGSC Apollo Adapter is a collection of Java classes intended to provide a managable annotation tool for a team of annotators. This adapter is designed to connect to a database using the Ensmebl schema and write a GAMEXML file. The GAMEXML file stores only the annotations curated by the annotators.

The adapter can be built using the Apache Ant build tool.
The folowing following files need to be completed with your database connection info.

edu/bcm/hgsc/apollo/database/*.properties

This adapter is used with Apollo version 1.3.5
