Drosophila melanogaster chromosome 3L submitted for annotation |
| The BCM-HGSC recently submitted the Drosophila melanogaster chromosome 3L sequence for annotation. Chromosome 3L was assembled using individual BAC sequences finished at the BCM-HGSC. Finished sequences are available from GenBank. This sequence is also available by visiting www.genoboree.org, a genome annotation collaboration between the BCM-HGSC and the Bioinformatics Research Laboratory. |
