There are two types of BLAST searches available.
- Berkeley BLAST - Searches all Drosophila reads and provides links to the individual matched sequences through the NCBI.
- Baylor BLAST - Searches only Baylor Drosophila reads and provides links to the Individual matched sequences through the BCM FTP site.
