BLAST is a method of searching for sequence similarity by using statistical methods.

Use our BLAST site to BLAST against HGSC data.

FTP Site

The FTP site provides access to HGSC sequences prior to scientific publication, with the aim of advancing biomedical research projects. Certain restrictions apply until the sequence is formally published in the scientific literature by the investigators who produced the data.
